- If you successfully refer a site, (eg from your webring) please e-mail us their details & your site information (after they sign up), and we'll honour your listing with 10 bonus votes!
- Ranking depends only on INCOMING Hit's
- We accept one vote per 24 hours, per ip#
- NO Scripts allowed for incoming Hit's
- The Counters will be reset every 30 days to be fair to new listings
- Cheating will not be tolerated. We have ways of finding out these things!

- This list is open to any forum/website on the internet
- All forum types are accepted
- No forums that encourage hate/violence of race, religion etc.
- No warez, illegal or porn forums/sites
- Tasteful adult sites accepted. Please add a warning in your site description
that you run an adult site :)
- Pop Up pages may not be used for automatic votes.
- No hit bots
- If a voting link is in your signature, the forum in which the link would
vote for, must be clearly labeled (including text that indicates by clicking on the link, a vote for your forum will logged).
- One Entry Per Forum
- Rules are subject to change. Notice will be given on the TopSpotZ
